Chris Brown and Usher have each built catalogs packed with chart topping hits, making either one capable of carrying a full headline show on their own. Bringing both artists together for the newly launched Raymond & Brown (R&B) tour means fans are getting one hit after another throughout the night.
The R&B superstars officially opened the tour in Denver on Friday, June 26, with a performance at Empower Field at Mile High. Billboard detailed the nearly three hour production, which was divided into nine different segments. Throughout the show, Brown and Usher performed together at key moments while also taking turns commanding the stage with their own solo sets.
Mario and Eric Bellinger joined the opening night as special guests, and fans are expecting even more surprise appearances as the tour continues through December.
Most recently, Chris Brown expanded his latest project with the release of BROWN deluxe edition, The Chocolate Edition. Meanwhile, Usher recently teamed up with The Dream for the release of the track "Tampa."
Outside of the tour, both artists continue to balance their own individual projects and commitments. Fans will have to wait and see whether they create even more memorable moments together beyond the stage or keep the focus on delivering standout performances throughout the Raymond & Brown tour. Either way, the highly anticipated run promises plenty of unforgettable experiences for concertgoers. Check out the setlist below.
