Dakota Johnson and Role Model have reportedly ended their relationship just months after romance rumors surrounding the pair first emerged.

The Materialists star and Look at That Woman singer, whose birth name is Tucker Pillsbury, called it quits "a while ago", according to a report from People magazine.

Johnson and Pillsbury were first photographed together in December last year before making several more appearances together during the early months of 2026.

According to a source cited by the publication, Johnson was "taking things slow" following the end of her long term relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, which came to an end in June 2025.

The pair also worked together musically on Pillsbury’s latest album, Chuck Timely & the Hourglass. Johnson appears on the track Love I You after making an unexpected visit to the studio while he was working on the song.

"Keeping things about music is what I've learned," Pillsbury previously told Nylon magazine. "Otherwise, the internet just has a field day."

Johnson will return to cinemas this October with the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover's Verity, where she stars alongside Anne Hathaway and Josh Hartnett. She is also working on Three Incestuous Sisters, which features Saoirse Ronan, Jessie Buckley and Josh O'Connor.
